Wat is Oracle HCM

Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) is a package that enables an organization to manage its HRM policy in a structured way. By tuning a wide array of employee-development and competency-management applications, companies gain in efficiency.

This is emphasized again by incorporating self-service applications, as a result of which, the qualities of the workers are fully exploited. The Oracle HCM package is divided into several modules, PROFOS is an expert in all these modules and as a certified partner, we act as an interlocutor for all installations, maintenance, in-service training and as links to others.

PROFOS is a member of the EASYPAY GROUP, this enhances our positions and enables us to offer a HCM application with an integrated EASYPAY payroll system. The salary calculation can be processed either by our social secretariat or by our EASYPAY application.
